I want you to love your jewelry but understand that sometimes its just not the right piece or that circumstances change. I accept returns within 16 days of receiving your order. Jewelry must be returned in original condition. Customer is responsible for shipping cost, local customers may drop off at studio. You can exchange your item within 30 days of receiving your order. If you have an exchange please email mywillowstudio@gmail.com indicating which item you would like to exchange for. I will reach out to you within three business days to address your exchange.
